Delta Hot Chocolate Fest - February 19- March 23, 2024
Celebrating our local businesses, spreading joy, and keeping our community warm in the most delicious way.
We're delighted to announce Reach Child & Youth Development Society as our charity partner for this year. For every treat purchased, $1 will be donated to children with diverse needs in our community.
HOW TO REGISTER
$30 (per entry and item) + $20 Gift Card - GC will be used for event contests/giveaways. Yes, you can enter multiple items!
Be Creative! Create a catchy name and Instagram-worthy 😉 drink for your entry. There are TWO CATEGORIES for entries: Best Hot Chocolate Drink and Best Hot Chocolate Pastry. A description or story about your drink will also encourage customers to try your drink.
Must have retail/cafe locations where our community can visit and enjoy your creations.
Please note that you must pay for a second registration if you wish to have two different drinks in the competition.
We'll put your new Signature drink onto our website in the order that we receive completed drink information submissions. The later you submit your information, the lower down on the website you will be listed.
In the event of similar naming of signature hot chocolates, the first right of refusal will be given to the earliest registrant to keep their drink name. The latter registrant will be asked to provide a different beverage name.
As per CRA regulations, tickets to register for the event are not tax-deductible. However, the donation made at the end of the event based on hot chocolates/pastries sold will be officially acknowledged with a tax receipt.
